Unfortunately, sometimes things happen – if you received an order that you’re not happy with please visit https://agentstore.com/oops, within 5 business days of receiving your order, to let us know what happened. We will ask you to provide us with a photo to help determine what went wrong and help us be able to fix it.
We will respond to all reprint inquiries as soon as possible, but always within 2- business days. There may be times that we need additional information from you and in order to get your order fixed as quickly as possible, we ask that you respond in a reasonable amount of time.
Sometimes a reprint is needed because we made a mistake, and sometimes it is because you made a mistake. We will work with you to be fair and may offer to split the reprint costs if it was not our mistake.
If we determine a reprint is needed we will get your order into production as quickly as possible.
As long as no part of the order has entered production, you may be able to receive a full refund.
Once we begin production on your order there is no way for us to stop the presses and we are not able to offer a refund.
