-No Problem! You can go to agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email email@example.com or call us 407-259-3399. Just let us know your Market Center and we can work on adding that to the dropdown.
When will I receive my items?
Our production time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping Options: Ground Shipping (1-5 business days).
I want to use a headshot on my business cards, what type of photo should I use?
You’ll want to use a high-resolution photo. Selfies or photos taken with a phone usually don’t print very crisp. 5X7 300 dpi is a good example of what you’ll need to use.
I don’t see a way to customize my cards. Am I missing something?
Check to make sure you don’t have a pop up blocker “enabled” on your browser. If you do, go ahead and “disable” the pop up blocker until you have completed your design. You should then see a red box that says “Customize”. If you still aren’t seeing the option to customize, please close and refresh the browser.
Why can’t I add my design to the cart?
In order to add your design to the cart, you must first create an agentstore.com account. Then make sure you have the card order quantity, the corner and the finish selected.
Can I use my headshot on my name tag?
We really don’t advise doing this. The photo is going to print very small and look pixelated. Plus if you’re wearing your name tag people will already see your face 🙂
I made a mistake on my cards/ name tag, what do I do?
If you’ve received your items, you can fill out our questionnaire agentstore.com/oops. We will reply back within 2 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). If you just submitted your order online please reach out to us ASAP, agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 407-259-3399.
Can I reorder my business cards?
You are able to re-order business cards as long as the original order was not part of a package. We do not have the ability to duplicate orders that are part of a package at this time.
What other products do you offer?

I’m not tech savvy, will you design my order for me?
We are more than happy to help answer any questions you have but we leave it to you to create your order. We have easy to use templates, all you need to do is put in your information.
I’m not sure what my Market Center Number is?
It’s ok! You can go to agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email email@example.com or call us 407-259-3399. Please try to provide what the name of your Market Center is, Their phone number or location. This will help us look into which Market Center you are with.
I’m ready for more customized business cards. Do you offer anything not templated?

How do I know if my order is in compliance with my Market Center?
This is a great question! During the check out process, you will see a Comments and Questions section. Please use this area to request a proof for your brokerage approval.

I’m having trouble designing my items on my mobile device.
The templates we created aren’t compatible for mobile devices. Please use a laptop or desktop computer.
Do you offer rush shipping?
We aren’t able to rush production however, you are able to select expedited shipping options with Fed Ex when you check out.
Do you offer shipping to other counties?

How do I track my order?
You will be provided a tracking number to your email as soon as USPS or Fed Ex scans the order.
