I don’t see my Market Center in the dropdown.
-No Problem! You can go to agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email hello@agentstore.com or call us 407-259-3399. Just let us know your Market Center and we can work on adding that to the dropdown.

When will I receive my items?
Our production time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping Options: Ground Shipping (1-5 business days).

I want to use a headshot on my business cards, what type of photo should I use?
You’ll want to use a high-resolution photo. Selfies or photos taken with a phone usually don’t print very crisp. 5X7 300 dpi is a good example of what you’ll need to use.

Can I use my headshot on my nametag?
We really don’t advise doing this. The photo is going to print very small and look pixelated. Plus if you’re wearing your nametag people will already see your face 🙂

I made a mistake on my cards/ nametag, what do I do?
If you’ve received your items, you can fill out our questionnaire agentstore.com/oops. We will reply back within 2 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). If you just submitted your order online please reach out to us ASAP, agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email hello@agentstore.com or call us 407-259-3399.

Can I reorder my business cards?
At this time, we do not have an option to reorder your previous order.

What other products do you offer?
We love helping new agents! We offer a variety of products to help you get started!
Email Signatures, Business Cards, Name Tags and Signs. We also offer starter packages too!

I’m not tech savvy, will you design my order for me?
We are more than happy to help answer any questions you have but we leave it to you to create your order. We have easy to use templates, all you need to do is put in your information.

I’m not sure what my Market Center Number is?
It’s ok! You can go to agentstore.com and use the chat feature, email hello@agentstore.com or call us 407-259-3399. Please try to provide what the name of your Market Center is, Their phone number or location. This will help us look into which Market Center you are with.

I’m ready for more customized business cards. Do you offer anything not templated?
Of course! Our BrandCo.com website offers everything you need for a custom anything! We do websites, print items and email signatures. Just ask! You can reach out to us at hello@brandco.com or call us 407-999-0009 ext 2.

How do I know if my order is in compliance with my Market Center?
This is a great question! During the check out process, you will see a Comments and Questions section. Please use this area to request a proof for your brokerage approval.

I’m having trouble designing my items on my mobile device.
The templates we created aren’t compatible for mobile devices. Please use a laptop or desktop computer.

Do you offer rush shipping?
We aren’t able to offer rush shipping due to how short our productions times already are.
